Unleash your inner dancer every Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm. A high-energy afternoon of music, dancing, and great company.

Drop-In play for all levels, the first and third Monday of each month. Must be an active member of 288.

Drop-In play for all skill levels, every Thursday at 12:30pm

Drop-In play for all skill levels, every Friday at 7pm. Must be an active member of 288.

Could you benefit from OSI support? If so, we are inviting you to sign up for the next Veterans’ Transition Network (VTN) Retreat.

VETERANS: Men’s Level 1 Retreat

DATE: September 17 -21, 2026

LOCATION: near Nanaimo, BC

ACTIVITIES: If you suffer from any one or more of the following conditions, such as depression, anxiety, loss of focus, etc. this cliic could be for YOU!

It would give you a great opportunity to step away from daily life to deal with your injury(ies). You’re not alone; you and 5 other Vets, would receive help from 2 clinicians and 2 peer support workers.

COST: Free. Private rooms and meals, as well as all costs for 6 veterans to attend, will be covered via Veterans’ Affairs Canada (VAC) or our donors.
